Selected material- We use only used tires of passenger cars ; these are the hardest to recycle. "HEVEA" has all the features and characteristics of tires' rubber material: flexibility, water resistance, heat resistance, resistance to deterioration, sound deadening qualities and shock absorption.
We produce high quality yet environmentally conscious material by using good quality rubber which can last longer than traditional materials.
[About our new technology for recycling tires]
The process of transforming used tires into usable materials is very difficult. Through years of research, we succeeded in developing a technology to transform used tires into accomplished and high quality materials with the original strength of tire rubber. By using selected materials and the traditional method of professionals who have been in the ecology business, we have transformed good quality tires into well-designed items and have produced the best material possible.
[Original Technical Features]
- Our original mix makes a new kind of rubber which is mainly made of used tires (70%).
- Our compound variety makes it possible to recycle different company's tires together, removing the need of any pre-processing sorting.
- The method we developed uses friction heat from the original material instead of adding external heat, and is as such a very energy-efficient process
- By wrapping the used tire materials in a molten material when it's being put into shape, we have all but eliminated the smell of rubber in the final product.
